Associate Editor: Dr. S. Vincent De Paul
Born on August 4, 1963 at village Kovandakurichy of Tiruchirappalli District in [T.N.], India Dr. S. Vincent De Paul
[M. Sc. in Chemistry, M.Ed, M.Phil in Educational technology and Ph.D.], is a voracious writer, scholar, humanist and educationist.
He authored two books and published more than 15 articles in various fields namely, Education, Teacher Education, Human Rights,
Educational Technology, Gender Disparity etc. He started his carrier as a Post Graduate Teacher. After 15 years of service
as Post graduate Teacher he joined as a Senior Lecturer in the District Institute of Education and Training which is a pioneer
educational institution established for the professional development of Primary Teachers aiming at the attainment of goals
of Universalization of primary and Elementary Education.
He worked as Assistant Editor of Global Peace - an International Journal of Philosophy, Peace, Education, Culture and
Civilization for one year. He is a member of X Five year Perspective Plan for Teacher Education for Tamil Nadu. He has organized
many in-service training programmes for primary and upper primary teachers. He acted as a Resource persons and expert for
other DIETs (Pondicherry) training activities. He worked as honorary editorial ship of a national conference compendium. He
is member of more than 6 professional bodies. He developed the following tools:
1. Environmental Awareness Scale; 2. Population Awareness Scale; 3. Attitude of Teacher Educators towards Debate Assisted
Instruction; and 4. Attitude of Teachers towards In-service Education.
His areas of interest are Specialized Areas in Research: 1. Primary Education, 2. Teacher Education, 3. Educational Technology,
4. Human Rights Education, 5. Science Education.

1. Dr. Paitoon Patyaiying is a University Professor at the Department of Philosophy &
Religion, Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, Thailand. Chinese, Indian,
Korean and Western Philosophy of Religion are the fields of his specialization from which he teaches metaphysics, epistemology,
logic and comparative philosophy for more than twenty-five years. Author of 'Thailand and Asian Values', 'Important Thoughts
in Indian Philosophy', 'Theories and Development', 'Epistemology', 'Aesthetics: Thoughts' and other books in English and Thai
languages, Dr. Paitoon has been a Visiting Professor for Thai Language and Thai Studies at Hankuk University of Languages
and Korean Studies, Academy of Korean Studies of National University of Seoul and Dangkook University of the Republic of Korea.
Author of a number of books on Rabindranath Tagore, S. Radhakrishnan and Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Paitoon has actively participated
in many national and international seminars and conferences for the last twenty years; has written for various national/international
journals. Between 1998 and 2000 he worked as the Editor of 'Peace-Review'-An International Journal of Peace Studies.

2. Sachin Bathla, born at Saharanpur (U.P.), India, belongs to a highly educated and noble family. He graduated from Meerut University in
1995 and after that he secured his Masters in Computer Graphics and Applications. He grew up with highly scholarly interests
and since his teenage he has been contributing to the literary world. He has about 100 poems to his pen, out of which some
have been published and other are under the process. He has also been involved in Cultural Anthropological research and has
been contributing articles and essays topics like Philosophy, History, Culture and Religion.
In March 2003, at the age of 28, he was appointed as the Assistant Editor of 'Global Peace - An International Journal
of Philosophy, Peace, Education, Culture and Civilization…' and since then, he is accomplishing the task with perfection.
His poems, 'Bleeding Peace' and 'The Quest for Peace: In a War Scene,' his essays 'The Process of Civilization,' 'Silk Route:
The Nurturer of Civilizations' and 'Inspiration of Mahatma Gandhi: Source, Application and Effects,' have gained appreciation.
The readers of 'Global Peace' are well aware of his works as a Writer, Editor, Translator and Analyst. He is also the Organiser
and Maintainer of the World Peace Movement Trust Website.

the Asian Studies Association, European Association of A. S., and the International Studies Association. Presently Dr. Johannes

2. Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak: Renowned Action Sociologist, Social Reformer and International
Expert on Low-cost Sanitation, Biogas and Rural Development, Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak is the Founder of the Sulabh International
Social Service Organization, India. He has been associated with number of national-international organizations-Government
and non-Government; and has authored books like 'Power Generation from Human Excreta (1987), 'An Innovative Approach to Provide
Rural Sanitation' (1988), 'Road to Freedom-A Sociological Study on the Abolishing of Scavenging in India' (1991), 'Action
Sociology and Development' (1992), 'Violence in Rural Bihar (1993) and 'Social Justice and Development of Weaker Section'
(1997). Apart from a number of national and international honours, prestigious national award of PADMA BHUSHAN has also been
conferred upon Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak for his great services.

3. Mr. Christian Bartolf: Born 2 January 1960 in Luebeck, Christian Bartolf is a Political
and Educational Scientist. Post-graduated, graduated and with two University Diplomas in 1986 and 1987 from departments of
Education and Political Science, Free University Berlin, Germany. Bartolf has been the Counsellor for Conscientious Objectors
and Director of the Peace Education Media Center for the Protestant Church District in Berlin-Spandau (Germany) (1991-1999)
and the Ecumenical Center for Ecology, Peace and One World in Berlin-Spandau (2000-2005). Editor of: "Mein Gewissen sagt nein.
Ausgewaehlte Begruendungen von Kriegsdienstverweigerern" (My Conscience says no. Selected arguments of conscientious objectors.),
Berlin 1996; he has also contributed to International Conferences on Conscientious Objection and Civilian Peace Services in:
Belgium (1991-96), France (1992), Turkey (1993), Russia (1994), Greece (1995), Belarus (1995), and Italy (1997). Besides,
